How long is the delivery time for the products on the product page?

We aim for delivery within 5 working days. However, in some cases this can take up to 10 working days or longer. This is because we work directly with the manufacturer to keep the price of our products low. If you have not received your order after this period, you can contact our customer service. Then we are happy to help you!

Can I return my products?

Certainly! You have 14 days to return your order to us. This is free of charge for the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Follow the steps below to return your order:

  1. Place the item(s) and packing slip in secure packaging;
  2. Go to your account on aerocycling.nl;
  3. Click on your order;
  4. Select the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return;
  5. Once your return has been approved, you will receive the return label by email and in your account;
  6. Take your package to your chosen delivery point.

My product is not available. When will this be back in stock?

We keep track of our suppliers' stock as best as possible. Sometimes it can happen that a product is (unexpectedly) out of stock. We will then contact our suppliers to make the products available again as quickly as possible.

Are products without a brand also of high quality?

Certainly! We believe in quality cycling products and cycling clothing at an affordable price. This certainly does not necessarily have to be from an A-brand! We test the products extensively to guarantee quality.

This way we can keep our prices low for you, while the quality remains high.

What can I do if there is something wrong with my order?

It is of course not nice if there is something wrong with your order. We recommend that you do the following before contacting us:
Check the delivery note to see if you have received all the products mentioned. Sometimes we need to ship items from an order in separate packages.

If there is a problem with your order, you can of course contact us . We would then like to ask you to add a photo and a description of the product. We will then contact you with the next steps. More information about how to deal with defects can be found in our Warranty.
